SECURITY SUPERVISION
Our Security Supervisors are well trained and they normally go round both shifts at various Assignments to check on the presence and performance of the Officers at the same time meet our clients to seek feedbacks on our service delivery. They are able to check on the Officers at least twice a day or night. Senior members of the Management team carry out impromptu visits at no extra cost to ensure that each security officer remains alert at all times.
The performance of each security officer is guided by detailed assignment instructions agreed upon between the clients and Gamatech Security. Gamatech Security Officers are also guided by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed between the Client and Gamatech Security. The SLA helps the client to monitor the Performance of the security Service provider. As the company grows, we look forward to have Relationship Officers allocated to clients so that they can assist in the delivery of high-quality services to our esteemed clients.
