Our Recruitment Team understands the value of bringing on board new employees of high integrity and with a good track record. Our vetting team takes this new and prospective employee into a rigorous vetting process where all referees are contacted for an opinion about the candidate. We also contact the Home Chief and scrutinize all documents presented by the candidate to determine their authenticity. At the end of the day, we train the best individuals and present them to the client for introduction and deployment.
When the security officers have been deployed, a security supervisor is seconded to the client to continue monitoring the performance of the deployed security officers while seeking feedback from the client on the level of performance of the security officers on site. This helps the company to continue improving. The company also organizes for the on-job trainings as refresher course, where a trainer is sent to coach the security officers on the customer care and assignment instructions. Eventually, we end up offering the best security services as expected by the client.
The number of Officers to be deployed at a site is determined by the outcome of the security survey undertaken by our Security and Risk Assessment Officer or any of our Security Experts at no cost. We also Listen to the Client and advise accordingly.
